Reservations

Reservations can be called in to (561) 241-9955, we are a 24 hours, 7 days a week service. Reservations must be guaranteed by Major Credit Card. Reservations can also be placed directly on our website at www.avanticar.com/reservations/ or you can email us at res@avanticar.com.

We prefer 24 hour notice but will honor immediate calls for service to the best of our ability.

Vehicle Rates

2 – hour minimum on weekdays and a 3 – hour minimum on weekends.

Cancellations

Confirmation shall be considered correct unless otherwise noted by the passenger or their booking agent. If you are unable to locate your chauffeur you are required to call this office for assistance before leaving the airport or seaport in order to avoid being charged in full for our service.

Sedans- 3 hours (6 hours for reservations scheduled for 6am or earlier)
SUV's & Vans- 12 hours, Stretch Limousines & Buses-24 hours.

  • Late Cancellation Charge: Base price of the trip or the applicable minimum hourly charge plus a chauffeurs 20% gratuity. late cancellation also applies to cancellations resulting from our inability to accommodate a change to the scheduled pickup time made within the late cancellation period.
  • No Show Charge: Full charge as if services were completed.

Waiting Time

For airport pick-ups a 30 minute grace period is given after a posted flight arrival time. There will be additional waiting time charges and parking fees one hour after flight arrival. For non airport pick-ups a 15 minute grace period is allowed. Once either grace period is elapsed we will charge you waiting time accordingly.

Billing

We accepts all major credit cards. Applicable surcharges, taxes and other fees will be charged as required. All rates are confirmed at the time of booking.
